Domenis

The Domenis family began distilling at the end of the 19th century; the Storica brand was launched in the 1980s and over time the company has consolidated a range that includes single‑varietal and blended grappe, organic and kosher lines, as well as liqueurs, amari, gin and vermouth. In recent years the company re‑launched under the DOMENIS1898 identity and expanded its offering toward mixology products and lower‑alcohol lines.

Production is based on batches distilled from different types of vinacce (white and black) and from fruit eaux‑de‑vie; historically the use of copper stills and discontinuous (batch) distillation with low‑pressure steam is reported.
