Geschichte des Herstellers Bonollo
Die Präsenz der Familie Bonollo in der Destillation ist seit 1908 dokumentiert. Im Laufe des 20. Jahrhunderts wuchs das Unternehmen und blieb familiengeführt, erweiterte Produktionsstandorte und übernahm historische Marken aus der Region. In den letzten Jahren wurden Reihen wie OF (unter anderem Grappa OF Amarone Barrique) und die Ligneum-Kollektion mit Reserven im Tonneau eingeführt.
Produktionsphilosophie
