Mezcal Convite is an Oaxacan mezcal producer based in San Baltazar Guelavila, Oaxaca. Its master distillers are brothers Daniel and Cosme (aka Tucho) Hernández; Convite produces small‑batch artisanal mezcals, including wild‑agave expressions such as Coyote.
