In the event of any issues, the customer may cancel the order by simply sending an email notification to info@bottleofitaly.com, provided that the order has not yet been processed and Bottle of Italy SRL has not already purchased the products from its partners.

The customer may exercise the Right of Withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods by means of an explicit declaration containing the information necessary to identify the order, sent to the indicated contacts. In the event of exercising the right of withdrawal, the Customer undertakes to return all received products in their original condition and packaging. Products that are partially missing or altered may result in the loss of the Right of Withdrawal and therefore the refund of the order.

The right of withdrawal is excluded for products not delivered due to the Customer’s absence from the delivery location and for products that, upon collection, are found to be altered or deteriorated due to delays caused by the Customer.

If the withdrawal is carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions set out above, the amount already paid for the products will be refunded to the purchaser using the same payment method used on the website to complete the order. If the customer paid cash on delivery, the refund can only be issued in the form of a coupon of equal value.

Refund

The refund will be processed as quickly as possible and in any case within 14 days from the date on which Bottle of Italy SRL, having received notice of withdrawal from the Customer, receives the ordered goods intact and in their original packaging at the following address: Via Archimede 250, Cesena (FC) 47521, Italy.

The costs for returning the Products to Bottle of Italy SRL are non-refundable and remain, by law, at the customer’s expense.
