If the ordered goods are to be delivered outside of Italy, the recipient may be subject to import duties and taxes, payable once the package reaches the specified destination.

Any additional customs clearance costs will be borne by the recipient.

It is mandatory to pay any additional customs clearance costs and/or import taxes when required.

In case of refusal of payment by the customer and if the goods are returned to the sender (Bottle of Italy), the shipping costs for both outbound and return, as well as any customs clearance costs and/or import taxes for both outbound and return, will be deducted from the total refund.

Bottle of Italy has no control over such costs and cannot predict the amount, as they are determined solely by the customs authorities of the destination country.

Customs policies vary considerably from country to country.

We therefore recommend that you contact the local customs office for further information before placing an order.

When you place an order on the site, you are considered in all respects as the importer and are therefore required to comply with all legislation and regulations in force in the country where the goods will be delivered.
