The Bellei family have been winegrowers in Bomporto since 1920. Cantina della Volta was founded/relaunched in 2010 by Christian Bellei and occupies the historic Cantina Bellei building on the Naviglio di Bomporto.

Production philosophy

A focus on quality across the whole supply chain: sustainable viticulture, strict production control and a preference for the Traditional Method (bottle fermentation). The winery states it does not use autoclaves for its sparkling wines.
