Winery history EPC Champagne

The founders met in 2018 and shaped the project that became Champagne EPC; the house acquired its premises in Vindey upon its founding in 2019. From the start EPC has worked with local winegrowers, offering a collaborative model to create traceable cuvées, with the aim of showcasing the individual terroirs of Champagne.

Production philosophy

Transparency and traceability: each cuvée states the origin and composition of the grapes. EPC prioritizes close collaborations with local producers to express the terroirs, and embraces an epicurean spirit focused on freedom of enjoyment and sensory quality.

Terroir and vineyards

Based in the Marne; grapes and selected parcels in various Champagne subzones: Épernay, Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Bar.

Awards and recognitions

Editorial recognition: the cuvée "Blanc de Noirs" was included in Le Monde's selection of "champagnes blancs de noirs".
