Winery Éric Taillet

The Taillet family began selling its first bottles in 1961. Today the winery is run by Eric Taillet’s generation, who has continued the family tradition by showcasing Pinot Meunier in the Vallée de la Marne. Industry sources report that Eric took over from his father in the 1990s and that the house continues to develop its range of cuvées while maintaining an artisanal approach.

Strong focus on soil and biodiversity: they work to maintain a "living soil" by reducing chemical inputs, promoting cover crops and replanting trees. In the winery they prioritize precision in pressing, mixed vinification methods and extended aging on the lees to preserve typicity and freshness.

Vineyard located in the heart of the Marne Valley, in Baslieux‑sous‑Châtillon; marly‑clayey soils with deposits of limestone and flint, an environment particularly favourable to Pinot Meunier.
