The brand represents a collection of indigenous and international grape varieties vinified and bottled at the Weinkellerei Hechtsheim in Mainz-Hechtsheim, intended for the mass market and retail distribution.

Hans Baer wines come from Rheinhessen, Germany’s largest wine region, characterised by a great diversity of soils and microclimates. Winemaking and bottling take place at the Weinkellerei Hechtsheim, following a production- and distribution-oriented approach on a large scale.
