Winery Krasno

Krasno is a range of wines from the Klet Brda winery, a winegrowers' cooperative in the Goriška Brda region. The name pays tribute to the village of Krasno in the hills of Brda; the range was created to showcase local grapes and practices within the cooperative's portfolio.

The Krasno line focuses on expressing the Brda terroir and gastronomy: wines with a strong territorial identity, winemaking practices that prioritize the expressiveness of individual grape varieties, and an image conceived for the restaurant channel and culinary pairings.

Goriška Brda — terraced marly hills on the border with Italy, with a sub-Mediterranean climate and alpine influence at night, and predominantly marly soils. Vineyards are located on SE-, S- and SW-facing slopes, with elevations reported at around 120–250 m in the product sheets.
