Winery history Su'entu

The winery was born from the Pilloni family's return to the land. The family's agricultural activity dates back to the 1950s with Ernesto Pilloni. The modern winemaking project was launched by Salvatore Pilloni, and today the estate is run by his children, Valeria, Roberta and Nicola.

Production philosophy

The company prioritizes land protection and sustainability: precision farming, circular resource management, the use of renewable energy, and attention to biodiversity and the training of local youth.

Terroir and vineyards

Located in the Marmilla subregion, on the border with the Campidano Plain, on calcareous-clay soils that favour viticulture. The estate's breezy location helps to impart freshness and sapidity to the grapes.

Awards and recognitions

Su'entu's labels have received national and international recognition for wines such as Su’Imari and Su’Anima.
