Winery history Uberti

The Uberti family has been present in the Erbusco area since the 18th century: a document from 12 October 1793 records the acquisition of a farmhouse and vineyards in Salem. The estate evolved in the 20th century, shifting to production focused on traditional method sparkling wines — the first harvest destined for Franciacorta was in 1978 — and, in subsequent generations, Silvia and Francesca Uberti took on roles in the management and development of the winery.

Production philosophy

The company prioritizes enhancing the local territory and biodiversity: soil care, targeted agronomic practices and sustainability-focused measures are central to its work in producing wines that reflect the identity of each vineyard.

Terroir and vineyards

The vineyards are located in the moraine amphitheatre of Franciacorta; the main growing locations are Erbusco, Adro, Calino and other surrounding parcels. The vineyards sit on hilly, well‑drained and well‑ventilated soils.
