Discover the story, territory and wines of Domaine Vincent Paris.
Producer from the northern Rhône Valley, based in Cornas; known for Syrah cuvées (Cornas Granit 30, Granit 60, La Geynale) and for a white IGP Ardèche called "Granit Blanc". ([vin-paris.fr](https://www.vin-paris.fr/?utm_source=openai))
Vincent Paris established his own estate after studying viticulture and oenology. The project began with small vineyards in Cornas and later expanded to include several crus of the Northern Rhône. The official website and technical sheets report that operations started in 1997.
Production philosophy
Vineyard work focused on quality: practices in "culture raisonnée" with limited treatments, grass cutting where possible, severe pruning, manual leaf thinning and targeted harvesting; in the cellar, controlled vinifications with macerations and carefully managed aging.
Terroir and vineyards
The domaine is located in Cornas on steep granite slopes that inspire the cuvée names; it also produces wines in the Saint-Joseph and Crozes-Hermitage appellations and a Vin de Pays/IGP from the Ardèche.
