Allpossibledaiquiris

Allpossibledaiquiris was born as a project/collection of ready-to-drink cocktails based on artisanal rums. The range is promoted and distributed in partnership with industry names such as La Maison & Velier, and is produced/assembled in laboratories indicated by the producer in Italy (including sites in Rome and Cuneo).

The project's philosophy is 'same recipe, different rums': to highlight the rum's identity as the daiquiri's protagonist, offering ready versions that showcase artisanal distillates and fresh, organic ingredients. Goal: make the quality daiquiri experience accessible in a ready-to-drink format with low ABV.

Produced/assembled in Italy (labs in Rome and Cuneo); main raw materials (the rums) come from various sugarcane-producing countries (e.g. Haiti, Jamaica, Grenada, Mexico, Martinique).

Blending and stabilization are carried out in specialized laboratories indicated by the producer in Italy (Rome and Cuneo). The recipe remains constant (rum + organic lime juice + organic cane sugar syrup); the product is unfiltered and may contain natural yeasts. The producer recommends refrigerating after opening and shaking before serving.

Not directly applicable to the finished product (these are ready cocktails); the distillates used are artisanal rums/cane distillates with their own distillation methods (e.g. traditional clairin in wood-fired stills, pot still, double retort for some origins) depending on the base rum employed.

The finished product is a cocktail based on white rums or distillates not necessarily aged; any ageing depends on the type of rum used in the specific expression.
