Production philosophy
The brand combines a cocktail-oriented approach with a conservation focus: it supports the Monarch Butterfly Conservation Fund. It offers infused tequilas and a cristalino version designed for mixology and use in cocktails.
Territory
Mexico (tequila production – referring to agave processing according to traditional Mexican practices reported by the brand).
Production method
From official descriptions: agave is hand-harvested, cooked in traditional steam ovens, then mashed, fermented and distilled. Some expressions are infused with botanical/fruit ingredients (e.g. prickly pear, clementines, pink grapefruit peel). The cristalino version is briefly aged (up to about 30 days according to brand communication) and then filtered with charcoal to achieve a clear bottle.
Distillation
Traditional production: agave cooked in steam ovens, mash, fermentation and distillation. For infused expressions, botanical/fruit ingredients are added after distillation according to brand communication.
Ageing
For the cristalino version: short ageing in barrels (reported up to about 30 days) followed by charcoal filtration to obtain a clear tequila with a clean, sharp profile.
