The company was founded thanks to Giuseppe Collesi's initiative: the idea to start grappa production dates back to 1997, while the Apecchio distillery opened at the end of 2001. Initially focused on single-varietal grappas from local grapes, production later expanded to include gin, vodka, brandy, liqueurs and even craft-brewing activities linked to the water and agricultural resources of the family estates.
