The story
The name is inspired by the La Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City. Condesa produces gin in micro-lots made in Mexico City, with a focus on local botanicals and references to traditional healing ceremonies (curanderas). The main references include the Clásica and the Prickly Pear & Orange Blossom version, both formulated to highlight the herbaceous, floral and citrus aromas typical of the Mexican territory.
