Production method

Fruit is processed quickly after harvest (typically within a few hours). Lemon peels are hand-peeled to obtain essential oils, which are infused in 96° pure alcohol for about a week; after filtration the infusion is mixed with a syrup to obtain the final product. No colorants or preservatives are added.
