Production method

Production based on separate infusions and macerations of the botanicals; distillates obtained from fermented cereal must (for the gin) and from a blend of cereal-based and wine-origin alcohols (for the vodka). Artisanal filtration using a linen cone.

Distilled from fermented must (gin); vodka obtained from a blend of cereal-based and wine-origin alcohols (Chardonnay must). Processes carried out via separate infusions and macerations of the botanicals; filtration with a linen cone.

Producer history Italiko

The 'Luxury Italian Distilled' project was launched in 2020 by five entrepreneurs from the food & beverage sector. For the production of Italiko spirits a merger was carried out with a historic distillery located in the hills of Montello (province of Treviso).

Production philosophy

Focus on 100% Italian raw materials, artisanal processing and luxury numbered packaging. The approach favours traditional processes (infusion, maceration, artisanal filtration) without the use of chemical additives or added sugars.

Awards and recognitions

According to official promotional material, some Italiko products have received recognitions: the Gin and L’Amaro Caffè e Menta indicated with a gold medal at an 'Awards America' competition; the Vodka noted with the 'Ampolla d'Oro' at the 'Spirito Autoctono' competition of the Touring Club Italiano guide; L’Amaro Caffè e Menta with a silver medal at the London Spirits Competition 2023 (details provided in the official brochure).
