The story
The name James Eadie dates back to the Scottish brewer and bottler James Eadie, who founded his production and bottling business in 1854. A family blend recipe remained in the family's possession; the brand was recovered and relaunched in the 21st century by a descendant, Rupert Patrick, who returned the name to activity by selecting and bottling small series and single cask releases. Production philosophy
