For the Agricanto liqueur Paladin blends Raboso wine with ripe cherry juice, very fine grappa, almond extract and a selection of medicinal herbs and selected spices; for the rest of its activity the company carries out winemaking and aging consistent with the types of wine offered.

Producer history Paladin

The Paladin family has been active in viticulture since 1962, when the first site was opened in Motta di Livenza; in the 1970s the activity moved to Annone Veneto. The company grew as a family-run wine business while maintaining a territorial vocation and producing labels that recall local tradition.

Production philosophy

To enhance the typical qualities of the Veneto territory through careful, traditional vineyard management, focusing on the quality of raw materials and the reinterpretation of local recipes handed down within the family.
