Production method

Steam infusion distillation using a Carter Head reproduction (steam infusion). Small-batch production (about 314 bottles per batch), with manual bottling, labeling and finishing.

Producer history Peter

The project was founded by British entrepreneur Patrick Hoffer as a tribute to his father Peter. In 2017 the gin "Peter in Florence" was launched; production started at Podere Castellare (Diacceto, Pelago - Florence) in collaboration with the farm owner, converting agricultural spaces and cellars into a small production facility dedicated to gin.

Production philosophy

Local, artisanal production: priority is given to natural botanicals and, when possible, locally sourced ingredients; hand work and small batches to control quality and character. Declared values include attention to the territory, passion for craftsmanship and pursuit of excellence.
