Production method

Polini differentiates between commercial activity (Polini Group Italia) and production (Polini Produzioni). The Paratico plant is geared toward automation and large-scale production, while some references (e.g. grappa and traditional liqueurs) are presented using traditional distillation methods. The company is certified to food quality standards (BRC, IFS) and has launched dedicated lines for organic products.

Producer history Polini Group

According to the producer's official information, the group began as a family business in 1967 in the area between Bergamo and Brescia and progressively expanded by broadening its brand portfolio and private-label activities. Over the years the group invested in automation, logistics and production infrastructure (new Paratico plant) and also acquired winemaking expertise with the establishment of Polini & Trida Winery in 2021.
