The story
According to the producer's official information, the group began as a family business in 1967 in the area between Bergamo and Brescia and progressively expanded by broadening its brand portfolio and private-label activities. Over the years the group invested in automation, logistics and production infrastructure (new Paratico plant) and also acquired winemaking expertise with the establishment of Polini & Trida Winery in 2021.
Production philosophy
The company declares an approach focused on supply-chain quality, careful selection of raw materials and sustainability: development of organic (BIO) lines, reduction of plastic use within the company and use of energy from a photovoltaic plant to support production and logistics activities.
