Soero is an Italian gin inspired by the sun and sea of Alghero (Sardinia). Created by bartender Dario Olmeo, it is made with 13 botanicals, has an ABV of 40% and stands out for its natural golden color and its teardrop-shaped bottle.

The story
Soero was born from the idea of Dario Olmeo, founder of the Maracaibo Cocktail Bar in Alghero. The project was developed during the pandemic and officially launched in July 2021. The recipe is the result of experimentation carried out by Olmeo in collaboration with master distillers, and production is entrusted to specialized Italian partners.
Production philosophy
To convey the territory and the Mediterranean climate through a balanced and versatile gin: harmony between balsamic, floral, citrus and spicy notes for a product suitable both for professional mixing and for drinking neat.

Alghero (Sardinia) — raw materials and inspiration from the Sardinian territory; some botanicals selected from Emilia-Romagna and Sicily.
Production method
Recipe developed by Dario Olmeo in collaboration with professional distillers; the spirit is produced in Italy with selected botanicals sourced from various Italian regions and bottled with the aim of preserving balance and smoothness.
Distillation
Distilled at Distilleria Zamperoni in Galliera Veneta (official information on the place of distillation; specific method not publicly indicated).
