Producer history Soero

Soero was born from the idea of Dario Olmeo, founder of the Maracaibo Cocktail Bar in Alghero. The project was developed during the pandemic and officially launched in July 2021. The recipe is the result of experimentation carried out by Olmeo in collaboration with master distillers, and production is entrusted to specialized Italian partners.

Production philosophy

To convey the territory and the Mediterranean climate through a balanced and versatile gin: harmony between balsamic, floral, citrus and spicy notes for a product suitable both for professional mixing and for drinking neat.
