Strucchi is a contemporary brand that produces Vermouth di Torino in Bianco, Dry and Rosso versions, born as a project to revive the Piedmontese tradition of vermouth and distributed on the international market.

The story
The Strucchi project was relaunched in 2024 by Paolo Dalla Mora as an initiative dedicated to the revival of quality Vermouth, inspired by the historical figure Arnaldo Strucchi, author of the 1907 text Il Vermouth di Torino.
