Production method

Production based on macerations and alcohol infusions for the liqueurs (e.g. gentian, ratafià, liquorice) and discontinuous/steam distillation for the grappa. Bottling is carried out at the Tocco da Casauria facility; for some products traditional processes handed down within the company are used alongside updated equipment.
