Production method
The aromatic component comes from a macerate of bison grass obtained through a two-stage process (maceration in water and in alcohol). The grass is harvested, dried, macerated in dedicated vessels, and the resulting extract is filtered and blended with the alcohol base. The base spirit is distilled using rectification columns and natural filtrations are used for final purification.

The product's roots trace back to local traditions documented from the 15th century, when Polish nobility flavored their eaux-de-vie with bison grass harvested in the Białowieża Forest.
