Founded in 1928 by Umberto Cavicchioli in San Prospero (province of Modena). The family-run winery has remained active across generations and introduced notable labels such as Vigna del Cristo (1987 — first single-vineyard Sorbara) and Rosé del Cristo (Méthode Classique, 2000).
