Barolo DOCG - Castello - Arnaldo Rivera presents itself as a wine of character. In the glass it shows an intense ruby red color with subtle garnet reflections. On the nose it offers a complex bouquet: ripe red and dark fruits, notes of cherry and plum, together with spicy hints, earthy nuances and light floral tones. The aromatic impression is clear and favors elegance over exuberance.

On the palate it reveals a full structure and present tannins, supported by balanced acidity that promotes harmony; the finish is persistent and may return fruity and earthy notes. A short decanting is advisable before serving at around 16–18 °C. It pairs with traditional dishes, red meats, braised preparations and aged cheeses, and is suitable for relatively young drinking as well as for some years of bottle ageing depending on preferences. Its versatility makes it appropriate for both casual gatherings and more formal dinners.
