Barolo DOCG - Undicicomuni - Arnaldo Rivera offers a sober and complex aromatic profile. In the glass it shows a luminous garnet color; on the nose there are notes of ripe red fruit, light spicy nuances and an earthy accent that contributes to a pleasant depth. The expression is measured, with aromas developing in a linear way without exuberant effects. The structure features present but well-integrated tannins, balanced acidity and a medium-full body that supports the sip, leaving a sensation of gustatory clarity. The finish is persistent and leaves balsamic hints and light mineral nuances.

It benefits from moderate oxygen exposure: a light decanting can open its aromatic profile. Recommended serving temperature around 16–18 °C. It pairs well with dishes of red meat, braises, game and hard cheeses, but can also support flavorful vegetable preparations. It is a wine to be enjoyed calmly, allowing its sensory nuances to emerge progressively.
