The Barolo DOCG Lazzarito Biologico from Casa E. di Mirafiore is born in the heart of the Langhe, a region famous for producing this noble wine. Made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, selected from vineyards cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, the Lazzarito expresses a perfect balance between tradition and environmental respect.
In the glass, it presents an intense garnet red color, while on the nose it releases complex aromas of withered roses, ripe cherries, sweet spices, and light balsamic notes. On the palate, it reveals a robust yet refined structure, with dense and velvety tannins and lively acidity that guarantees great freshness and longevity. Aging in selected wooden barrels further enriches the aromatic depth.
Perfect paired with game dishes, braised meats, or aged cheeses, this authentic and organic Barolo embodies the elegant and powerful character of the Langhe.
