The story
Founded by Emanuele Alberto Guerrieri, Count of Mirafiore, the winery has its historical origins in the hills of Serralunga d'Alba and has managed estates in the Barolo and Fontanafredda areas since the 19th century. The company's official account highlights its ties to the royal family and its long winemaking tradition, which helped promote Barolo abroad. In recent years it has been integrated into the activities of the Villaggio Narrante alongside Fontanafredda, while retaining its historical identity.
Production philosophy
The winery promotes a style focused on precision, balance and elegance, favoring traditional winemaking methods and the expression of its terroir. Since 2018 it has presented itself as an organic estate, with the aim of expressing the connection between the vine and its place of origin through cultivation and aging choices that respect tradition.
