The Barolo DOCG Paiagallo Biologico of Casa E. di Mirafiore is born in the heart of the Langhe, one of the most renowned areas of Piedmont for the production of this noble wine. Made exclusively with Nebbiolo grapes, this Barolo reflects the authentic character of its terroir, characterized by limestone-rich soils and an ideal microclimate. The certified organic process guarantees a natural balance in the cultivation of the vines, enhancing purity and aromatic integrity.

After a long fermentation, the wine is aged in oak barrels, where it matures for extended periods allowing the development of complex and refined notes. On the nose, intense aromas of withered rose, cherry, and sweet spices are perceived, which on the palate transform into an elegant, structured, and persistent sip, with well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness. Ideal paired with braised red meats, aged cheeses, and dishes of the Piedmontese tradition.
