Champagne Blanc de Blancs Brut Assemblage Noble - Jean-Claude Vallois is an elegant expression of the tradition of the Côte des Blancs, the historic heart of Champagne located in France. Made exclusively from Chardonnay grapes, this champagne stands out for its purity and finesse, typical characteristics of the grape variety and the territory. The prolonged aging on lees imparts olfactory complexity, with delicate aromas of citrus, white flowers, and mineral notes, which transition into a fresh, vibrant taste with harmonious development.

On the palate, the liveliness of the bubbles supports a light but persistent structure, offering a perfect balance between acidity and softness. Ideal as an aperitif, it pairs magnificently with shellfish, raw fish, or fresh cheeses, enhancing every pairing with its elegance and slender structure. A refined toast that tells the artisanal dedication of Jean-Claude Vallois in delicately and masterfully enhancing the terroir.
