Champagne Blanc de Blancs Millésimé Extra Brut 2018 - Jean-Claude Vallois represents the pure elegance of the Côte des Blancs, an area renowned for the exceptional quality of the Chardonnay grape. The 2018 vintage clearly expresses the typicality of the terroir, characterized by limestone soils and a climate that imparts freshness and minerality to the fruit.

Produced exclusively from selected Chardonnay grapes, this Extra Brut stands out for its dry stature, with a low dosage that enhances the aromatic and gustatory precision. The aging in the bottle guarantees subtle notes of citrus, white flowers, and a light hint of bread crust, accompanied by a fine and persistent perlage. On the palate, it is vibrant, balanced between acidity and delicate softness, with a refined and mineral finish.

Ideal to pair with delicate seafood dishes, shellfish, and fresh cheeses, this Blanc de Blancs embodies the artisanal mastery of Jean-Claude Vallois and the authentic expression of vintage Champagne.
