Straw-yellow in color with slight greenish reflections, this Collio Chardonnay shows a frank, easily readable aromatic profile. On the nose there are white-fleshed fruits, a note of sweet citrus and subtle floral nuances that integrate with a mineral hint typical of the area. On the palate the sip is balanced: freshness supports a medium-bodied structure, salinity adds lift and the texture is smooth without being flabby, finishing with a pleasant persistence that invites a second glass.
Well suited to immediate consumption, it pairs simply with fish dishes, shellfish and delicate risottos; it works equally well with light white meats and fresh cheeses. Served chilled in a large glass it best expresses its balance and aromatic clarity, making it a versatile choice for an informal lunch or a more refined dinner. A white of measured personality, suitable for those seeking finesse without excess.

The story
Terroir and vineyards
