Pairing Appetizers, fish, delicate dishes
Franciacorta Emea DOCG Satèn di Gralo' presents a profile of great finesse: fine bubbles and a creaminess on the palate that envelops without any roughness. On the nose there are white flowers, ripe apple and pear, with a light note of fresh bread, brioche and almond that adds complexity without weighing it down; the sip is medium-bodied, balanced between fresh acidity and a pleasant sapidity, with an aromatic persistence that invites another taste. The style is elegant and restrained, designed for those seeking softness without losing tension.

It works well both as an elegant aperitif and paired with delicate dishes: shellfish, fish carpaccios, seafood risottos or fresh cheeses all find a good balance with its structure. Serve cold but not ice-cold, at around 8–10 °C, in wide glasses that showcase the aromatic profile and creamy texture; a versatile bottle that offers convivial drinking while maintaining a refined character and serving as a companion for quieter, more measured moments.
