Jim Beam Peach Liqueur is a fine liquid expression that blends the tradition of the famous American bourbon with the juicy softness of peach. Produced in the state of Kentucky, the historic heart of American distillation, this liqueur is born from the infusion of Jim Beam bourbon with natural peach extracts, which give an intense and harmonious fruity character. The result is a distillate with a bright amber color, with a fragrant bouquet that recalls sweet notes of ripe peach, vanilla, and a light spicy touch typical of oak wood, a result of aging in oak barrels. On the palate, it is velvety, with a perfect balance between fruity sweetness and the warm structure of bourbon, ideal to be sipped neat or as a refined base for summer cocktails and desserts. Excellent with ice cream or paired with fruit-based sweets, Jim Beam Peach Liqueur offers an inviting and enveloping tasting experience.

The story
The Beam family began producing whiskey in Kentucky around the end of the 18th century; the brand traces origins back to 1795. After Prohibition the family rebuilt production in Clermont (James B. Beam Distilling Co.). Over time the brand grew and, in 2014, became part of the international Beam Suntory group.
Distillation
Continuous distillation (column) followed by a second distillation in a doubler (similar to a pot still).
Ageing
Aging in new charred American white oak barrels (char level 4); maturation in rackhouses that exploit seasonal variations; the core label is generally aged longer than the legal minimum (the house cites 4 years as a reference for the Jim Beam profile).
