Pairing Desserts (pastries, ice cream), fruit desserts
The Moscato d'Asti DOCG La Caudrina in magnum format, offered by Dogliotti, displays an immediate and recognizable aromatic profile. On the nose there are notes of white flowers, ripe pear and sweet citrus, supported by a balance of softness and lively freshness. The palate is light and pleasant, with a balanced sweetness that does not weigh it down and a fine sparkle that caresses the palate, making the drinking experience smooth and inviting. The magnum format enhances preservation and sharing, giving a fitting presence for convivial occasions.

It pairs well with spoon desserts, dry pastries and fresh fruit; it is also enjoyable with fresh cheeses or cream-based desserts. To fully enjoy the aromatic characteristics, we recommend serving the wine well chilled in wide but not overly flared glasses to focus the aromas. The magnum format is convenient for dinners with several people or for moments to share, maintaining a more stable temperature than a standard bottle. Store away from light and heat sources and consume within a reasonable time to appreciate its liveliness.
