Pagadebit is a white wine that comes from 85% white Bombino and 15% Sauvignon blanc grapes, whose scents come together in a single union of pleasure and harmony.
Pagadebit is a light to medium-bodied wine with great expressiveness. It owes its name to the tradition and to the Romagna dialect as it is a vigorous and very productive vine produced with a thick-skinned berry resistant to adversity and bad weather that in the past allowed farmers to pay their debts even in the years with the productions more scarce.
An extremely fresh and floral label with a savory and aromatic taste. A pleasant discovery for white wine lovers! It has a lively straw yellow color; the nose reaches floral aromas typical of the grape including hawthorn mixed with fruity hints of white peach that offer a very pleasant taste. The finish is extremely enveloping and finely herbaceous.
Perfect in combination with vegetables and omelettes with fresh onion, it also goes well with risotto with asparagus, pea and leek soup with Adriatic scampi and shellfish. Excellent with fish dishes.
