The Famoso Rubicone IGT from Poderi dal Nespoli represents an authentic expression of the native Famoso grape, rediscovered and revalued in the Emilia-Romagna region. This is a white wine that captures the essence of its territory through cutting-edge winemaking techniques that blend harmoniously with tradition.

Featuring a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections, this wine displays an enticing brightness, a prelude to a pleasantly intense aromatic experience. Fragrant notes of white flowers, peach, and subtle hints of aromatic herbs open on the nose, enticing one to taste.

On the palate, the Famoso Rubicone IGT reveals itself as fresh and vibrant, with a nice acidity that balances its structure. The flavors of white-fleshed fruit, such as apple and pear, blend with light citrus nuances and a slight minerality that gives the wine a clean and persistent finish.

The ideal pairing for this white wine includes light fish dishes, vegetable-based starters, and fresh cheeses. It is also perfect as an aperitif, thanks to its ability to stimulate the palate.

Producing with respect for the environment, Poderi dal Nespoli pays great attention to sustainability, with practices that ensure not only the quality but also respect for the land. The Famoso Rubicone IGT is a wine that not only pleases the palate with its elegance and freshness but also tells a story of passion and dedication to the land.
