The Chardonnay Frizzante "Colibrì" by Poderi dal Nespoli changes its look with new colors and rounded shapes for an elegant style with a retro flavor. A modern style embellished with aromas of yellow fruit and green apple, with a refreshing minerality. A Romagna wine produced with grapes from Nespoli then headed north where they are processed and bottled near Asti, a place of great experience for sparkling and sparkling wines.
You can admire its pale straw yellow color tending to greenish with fine perlage, when poured it develops a white froth of little quantity. Left to rest in the glass it can almost look like a still white but when you move the glass its sparkling nature comes out again. The bouquet is fruity, dominates the green apple but also the yellow fruit emerges slightly. In the mouth the sparkling is revealed in the form of creaminess with very little acidity, the fruity aromas make it fresh and pleasant with a long, dry and persistent finish.
Excellent as an aperitif. Ideal with seafood appetizers or vegetables, perfect with grilled fish and tartare, and absolutely to try with panzanella of peas and marinated anchovies, or with chicken breast and asparagus.
