Orange Wine Poderi dal Nespoli is the result of the union between ancient traditions and innovation. A wine produced with 85% Trebbiano and 15% Pinot Bianco grapes with an intense, fresh and savory sip. Starting from a millenary style of Romagna enological traditions of the Bidente Valley, the new Bianco Macerato is born, a particular Orange Wine with an exotic bouquet and particularly complex in taste.
After the manual harvest, the grapes arrived in the cellar are de-stemmed and crushed, then the crushed grapes are cooled with maceration in a pre-fermentation tank at a temperature of about 10 ° C. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, followed by racking and pressing. The wine is then aged for 3-6 months on the noble lees.
On the nose there are herbaceous hints of star anise and juniper, with fruity aromas of candied fruit, apricots and honey. A particularly intense, savory and fresh wine.
Perfect in combination with very tasty fish dishes, excellent served with spiced meats, lamb or kid, braised and roasted. It goes perfectly with classic soups and typical dishes of the Mediterranean diet; to try with Asian cuisine.
