More questions

Calonga’s Sangiovese Romagna DOC Ordelaffo expresses the authentic character of Romagna in a balanced and approachable red wine. Made from Sangiovese grapes, it has a ruby-red colour and a fragrant profile of red fruit, spices and delicate herbal notes. On the palate, it is harmonious, dry and lightly tannic, with pleasant persistence and a subtly bitter finish, reflecting the typical style of Sangiovese from Romagna.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks, helping preserve aromatic freshness and clear fruit expression. With an alcohol content of 13.5% vol. and a recommended serving temperature of 16–18°C, it pairs well with red meat, cured meats, mature cheeses and traditional pasta dishes from Romagna. A versatile red wine, suitable for everyday meals as well as relaxed convivial occasions.
