Tokki’s Soju Black Label presents as a linear, very clean spirit, designed for those seeking an immediate, refined sip. On the nose it offers pleasant floral hints and notes of white-fleshed fruit, without aggressiveness; the texture is subtle yet well-defined, with a softness that envelops the palate and a discreet persistence. The character remains balanced: neither overly aromatic nor too neutral, and a fresh, lively finish encourages drinking without weighing it down.
Serve slightly chilled to appreciate the smoothness and cleanliness of the sip, or use it as a neutral, reliable base for cocktails where you want to showcase ingredient balance. It pairs easily with seafood, both raw and cooked, with spicy preparations and flavorful street food; its understated structure also makes it a gentle companion for more delicate pairings. A versatile choice for those who prefer a modern, measured spirit.

Distillation
Traditional fermentation with nuruk on a glutinous rice base, followed by craft distillation; some expressions are bottled without additives or preservatives.
Ageing
Mainly unaged for the standard expressions; special editions (e.g. Gold) are aged in casks.
Raw materials
- glutinous rice (chapssal)
