Soju Gray Label Tokki presents an essential, clean character: on the nose it is discreet, with delicate nuances recalling cereals and a light underlying sweetness that doesn’t overpower. The sip is soft and flowing, with a good balance between roundness and freshness; the texture is subtle but present, with a linear finish that leaves a neutral, inviting sensation, suitable for those seeking a versatile and unobtrusive spirit. At the table it lends itself to various uses: pleasant neat and well chilled, but it integrates just as well into minimalist cocktails where it won’t overshadow the other ingredients.
It pairs naturally with light cuisine, fish, raw dishes and spiced preparations that require a gentle contrast; it also works as an intermezzo between courses to cleanse the palate. A product that focuses on simplicity of execution and the pleasure of drinking, ideal for informal occasions and for those who appreciate a clean, discreet sip.

Distillation
Traditional fermentation with nuruk on a glutinous rice base, followed by craft distillation; some expressions are bottled without additives or preservatives.
Ageing
Mainly unaged for the standard expressions; special editions (e.g. Gold) are aged in casks.
Raw materials
- glutinous rice (chapssal)
