This Spumante Rosé Metodo Classico 36 Mesi - Nesio, produced in the Rome area, expresses the typical elegance of the Lazio territory. Obtained from a careful blend of native grape varieties, it stands out for its 36 months of aging on the lees, which gives structure and complexity. On the nose, a delicate bouquet emerges with notes of small red fruits, light floral hints, and a fragrant touch of bread crust. The palate is fresh, lively, perfectly balanced between acidity and softness. Excellent as an aperitif or paired with fish dishes and light white meats.
