The story
The estate occupies a historic late-19th-century building in Chacras de Coria. The estate’s modern project was initiated by the d’Aulan family in the late 1990s, with restoration work on the structure and the development of vineyards and ranges dedicated to individual parcels.
Production philosophy
Alta Vista applies a 'haute couture' approach to wine: distinct care for each parcel, attention to tailored vinification, and the combined use of French tradition and modern technologies to enhance the origin of each wine.
Terroir and vineyards
Alta Vista's vineyards are located in the prime areas of Mendoza and in some terroirs of Salta; they operate in high-altitude terroirs with an emphasis on soils and local microclimates, including areas such as Chacras de Coria and parcels in Valle de Uco.
