The story
The winery was born from the restoration of the Fornace Biasca in Adro: the complex was purchased by the Moretti family in the 1980s and converted into a production and aging facility for Franciacorta. The project developed from the late 1980s, and the premises retain the spaces and galleries of the furnace, adapted for use as a winery.
Production philosophy
Combining tradition and modernity, it seeks territorial expression through the blending of grapes from different areas of Franciacorta, with a focus on the freshness and elegance of the sparkling wines and on company practices oriented toward the quality of the cuvées.
