The Lambrusco Emilia IGP Rosso Amabile from the Della Dama winery, produced by the renowned Lombardini, is a sparkling wine that captures the essence of the Emilia-Romagna region. This wine is celebrated for its perfect balance of sweet amability and lively acidity, making it an ideal companion for both aperitifs and accompanying a wide range of dishes.

The Lambrusco Emilia IGP Rosso Amabile is produced mainly using Lambrusco grapes, grown in the fertile and well-sunned soils typical of Emilia. The grapes are harvested exclusively by hand to ensure the selection of the best berries. After fermentation, the wine undergoes a light sparkling process, which contributes to its freshness and vivacity.

Visually, this Lambrusco presents an intense ruby red color, with purple nuances that highlight its youth. On the nose, it features fragrant notes of ripe red fruits, such as cherry and strawberry, enriched by light floral nuances and a delicate background of violet. On the palate, the wine is sweet but not cloying, thanks to a well-balanced acidity that cleanses the palate, leaving a pleasant sensation of freshness.

Ideally served cold, between 8 and 10 degrees Celsius, the Lambrusco Emilia IGP Rosso Amabile by Lombardini pairs beautifully with typical Emilian dishes such as cured meats and cheeses, but it is also perfect with pizzas and focaccias. Equally interesting is its affinity with desserts, especially those based on fruit.

This wine not only encapsulates the tradition and innovation of Italian sparkling wines but also offers a tasting experience that can elevate the table and delight the most discerning palates.

Winery history
Le Cantine Lombardini were established in Novellara and have been managed by the same family for generations. The original business interests included 'Bar Roma' and the town's first cinema; the winery has been operating from its historic premises since 1925. Over the course of the 20th century the company expanded its national and international reputation, passing management to successive generations and, from the 1970s, shifting its focus toward selecting the best grape musts rather than directly managing its own vineyards.
Production philosophy
A strong focus on quality, achieved through a rigorous selection of musts supplied by selected winegrowers, respect for local traditions, and the targeted use of low‑impact technologies. In recent years the company has introduced bottling solutions that reduce contact with air to preserve the wines' sensory characteristics and facilitate international distribution.
Terroir and vineyards
Located in the "Bassa" of the Po Valley, in the municipality of Novellara, in the heart of the Lambrusco Reggiano DOC production area.
Awards and recognitions
Numerous national and international accolades for labels such as "Il Campanone" and other selections, including awards and medals from competitions and guides such as Decanter World Wine Awards, Concours Mondial de Bruxelles, Gilbert & Gaillard, International Wine Challenge, Vinitaly, and mentions in guides such as Gambero Rosso "Berebene" and AIS Vitae.
